This is the worst dry clean usa I have ever been to. I brought 3 suits in for dry cleaning, only 1 needed to be altered. I was given a date to come back and pick up the 2 suits and the other one would take longer since it needed alternations. I came back after the date she originally gave me and both suits weren't even there, had to come back again and the rest of the missing suit was there and only the pants of the altered suit, had to come back again for the jacket. Brought everything home and the alternations weren't even done, I had to bring it back again to be redone. The girl who works there in the actual store is nice but whoever she has to call when there is an issue is rude and disrespectful. She basically called me a liar and said that the alternations were done and that if I wanted it done "more" I would need to pay again, I already paid $40+ for the alternations and the alternations were never done on the single suit that they had for over a month. I asked for a refund for the alternations since it wasn't done after being sent back twice and they would not accommodate me, I asked for a corporate number and they gave me a number for a man who never called me back. My experience here was horrible and I suggest that no one ever get anything done there!

Worst customer service ever! Pay way too much and have to wait too long for clothes to return!!!! I don't see anyone who runs the business like this staying too long.

I wish I read these reviews man. This place is the WORST. I've been to them a couple times and never thought they were that great - prices high, not the best job either, but it was so close I kept sucking up the high bill and going. Up until now where I will never go. They LOST my clothes! They lost two pieces out of 7 that I dropped off, and literally it was suit jacket that goes with an entire suit! The blazer itself originally cost me almost $100, and now an entire suit is ruined. I was like where is my stuff? and shes like "I don't know so strange, manager comes back next week, maybe she can find it then" and i was like what? my favorite blouse and expensive blazer is gone and thats all? Then she had that audacity to ask for payment! I was like you LOST my clothes, they are worth more than this bill. I was livid, still trying to contact the manager, but I seriously have never ever had my clothes disappear at a dry cleaning place. do NOT go here, unless you are okay with the potential of losing your clothes.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible. I tried to call to ask a question and no one ever answered, the phone just kept ringing. I thought they must be busy so I drove to the store. There was no one there, the clerk was playing with her cell phone and ignoring the store phone. I had to wait for her to finish her text messaging to make eye contact, then she cut me off when I tried to talk to her. I asked how much it would be to wash one twin sized cotton blanket that would not fit in my small sized washer, and she told me it was almost $40. I said "that seems like a lot..." and she just cut me off laughing in my face. I gave up and left. Prices are much too high and customer service is TERRIBLE. Would not recommend them to anyone. I'll go somewhere else.

Being new to the area, I am always cautious when picking out drycleaning services: I'm glad I was as this is one of those places where you do not want to go. First of all, I was immediately leery when I drop of my item as they did not give me a detailed inventory of what I dropped off (it's likely that they will lose or missort your items - fortunately, I only dropped off one suit and I only paid about $100 for it). Second, they did not require immediate payment (and I've been to many dry cleaning services around the country so this is highly unusual, they usually require immediate payment) - I assumed it was a local area custom. Third when I dropped off my item, they told me that my suit would cost $13.50, when I returned, it was $16.50. When I inquired as to why the price had changed, they told me they charged 20% more for items made of "linen" even though the label on my suit said "100% polyester". Never going back and would not recommend it to anybody.
