HEY !!!!! CRA to date I have replaced 4 of your inferior screens. And now have to more that need replacing.  I have heard all the excuses from around the neighborhood as to why screens are failing. The last one was the Spline that you were using. The only good thing is I don't see that many of your trucks in our community. That must mean there are to many complaints.

Just got a great job done by CRA. 
After the first quote by another aluminum company in the area, I knew I needed to get a second, and called CRA on the blind. 
Turned out to be a a great choice. 
Needed to change and reconfigure screened front entry and hold to HOA rules. 
I had two  service techs out and everyone was great. From Dan and Matt who did the job clean and fast at the same time, to Alton, estimator and Tim, service mgr. Everyone was honest, reliable and on time. 
Hard to find lately. Will be back when I need to get their kind of work done.

Great company! There is a reason nearly all national builders in the area trust CRA, they're efficient and rarely need to be called back for a mishap. The best installers and even better customer service!

Commercial Residential Aluminum & Fabricating: Poor Workmanship, Zero Customer Service, Refusing to Uphold Warranty

I hired Commercial Residential Aluminum & Fabricating to replace my 2 story pool cage in February 2015. The total job was almost $50,000. I was  promised a 3 year warranty on the cage. I started having issues with the poor installation almost immediately. Two panels have an open end on them that we had called about six months before. They came out and said they fixed them but we told them that we still see daylight and that the screen is torn  on one end of both panels. They assured me that it was tight and not to worry about it; "they're fixed." Now the panels are slowly tearing around the edges. I attempted to contact the company several times over the past month for them to come out and replace the torn panel and I get no returned calls or a very rude response from the secretary that it is over a year so my cage is out of warranty and also if damage is from a storm its not covered anyway. The owner (Tommy Teffenhart) refuses to take my calls which is the polar opposite of when he was hounding me to get the job. Owner promised me 3 year guarantee and issue was not due to storm but rather poor workmanship (the installer scoured the edge of the screen when installing which is why the panel ripped out). In checking out the company online I see this is a common issue with them. Buyer beware. Once your job is done good luck getting them to stand behind their product or work. They are very shady and will tell you anything to get the job and then will hide behind their unprofessional secretary. Very unhappy with product and services.

UPDATE: 8/16/2016

The misunderstanding with the secretary was resolved. The owner's representative contacted me and the company came out to honor warranty work. The issues with the faulty materials and failures have been rectified by the company. They did the right thing in the end and stood behind their work and warranty.

This person, Doc Patterson is a disgruntled former employee who only "worked" at CRA because his father worked there as well. I put worked in quotations because, as you can see, if his work ethic is on par with his spelling and grammer, it's not hard to see why he was let go.
