We had amazing service recently by Robert Pugh from asuperiorac.  I had to call on a Sunday, as our air conditioner went out and it was 79 degrees too hot!!  He called back right away; was super polite, told me how long until he could get to us, and came right on time.  He was courteous, very knowledgeable, showed us what was wrong, got our permission to fix it, and took care of several things that were wrong right away.  He even helped me place an order on Amazon, to get the correct air filters for our unit.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and plan to.  It's great to find honest, reliable people and a company you can count on that does quality work.

Saw my electric bill was 5 times higher last month in my condo in Sarasota. I'm up here in NY and felt helpless. I contacted Bob Blalock, Superior Service manager and asked for help. He sent over one of his top techs and found not only was my fan running all the time but the heat strip was turning. They replaced a control board and the parts cost and labor was very reasonable. I would have been in deep trouble if not for Bob and Rich, the tech. Great Company, great service and honest. Look at them seriously before choosing another for your A/C needs.

Called at 6:30 AM after waking up to a temp of 84 degrees.  Serviceman arrive by 9AM same day.  Out heating unit 17 years old and AC 12.  Could repair current AC but couldn't guarantee and coolant in current unit stopped making in 2 yrs.  We decided to replace entire unit.  By 10AM financed and by 11AM several trucks showed up with new unit and installed by 3PM.  I can honestly say I will always use Superior Heating and Cooling.  They have been great in the past and were GREAT again!   Very professional and very hard workers.  Want GREAT customer service, use Superior.

Superior lived up to their name.  Low pressure, informative  pre-sale with highly competitive pricing.  Excellent Trane product correctly sized to our requirements.  Courteous service team removed old system and installed new one efficiently and professionally.  Couldn't ask for a better experience.

When my home air conditioner needed replaced recently I called Superior Air.  I met with a Comfort specialist who listened to my concerns and offered me a unit to cool my house in a more efficient manner .  They were able to install the new unit in the same week.  The Trane unit is quiet and my electric consumption has dropped 30 Kwhrs a day.  Best of all it Feels cold in my house again.   Thanks Ed
