We were trying to get our a/c fixed for 2 weeks before finding Tri County Air listed on the Joy FM. Kurt is the most wonderful, professional and patient technician. No matter what the problem, he was ready to tackle it. No challenge was too big. His answer to every issue was "Don't worry, we will get it fixed. We will make you comfortable." Thank you Kurt and Tri County Air for living up to your mission statement. You have truly blessed us. Thank you for your outstanding service. Also, we received a call from them after the a/c was fixed to see how we were doing!

We ordered our new air conditioner from Tri-County because they had an excellent reputation for service. The salesman was professional and checked our needs with what we presently had, and allowed for an upgrade in our new unit to give us a more efficient unit. Our unit was installed on July 13, 2017. We checked the unit that we wanted with another company, but decided to go with Tri -County for various reasons. We were very happy with the fact that he made a complete inspection on our vent system, and told us what we needed. He was honest, and clear. The installers were polite, and worked very hard on a very hot day. We appreciated all their efforts.

The outstanding service and professionalism of Tri County Air Conditioning & Heating is highly recommended by me. We woke up to a system that wasn't working, a very warm house, and very warm people and pets. Within hours Seth had it up and running. Unfortunately a few days later it went down again for another reason...it never rains but what it pours. Over all, in addition to Seth, we had Steve and Kurt diagnose and repair the system. I was concerned about having a different tech each time. I shouldn't have worried. Each technician called when on the way which was so appreciated. They not only had the notes from previous calls, but they communicated with each other to save time in diagnosing the problem. Each man was very patient in explaining the system and what was wrong - even to a neophyte like me. Whether you just need service or a new system Tri County can help you out. Give them a call. Oh, and they give you cookies!

We needed to replace our A/C system and received proposals from four Air Conditioning Contractors. Dave Schmidt, the Tri County Comfort Advisor was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his presentation and answered all of our questions. Their pricing was very competitive on the Daikin model we selected. Within one week of agreeing to their proposal, Tyler and Jacob did an excellent job with the installation. The system is running smoothly, and I am sure, much more efficiently, than our old system. I would recommend you contact Tri County Air if you need to replace your A/C System.

On July 7, 2017, Tri County Air installed our new Daikin system, and it is cooling so much better and more efficiently than our old system. Every contact with Tri County, whether by phone or email , has been a pleasure. Each detail was attended to and the work was done exactly when it was promised. Our comfort advisor, Matt, did a thorough inspection of our house even going up into our cramped attic before providing us with a quote. Our installers, Tyler and Jacob, arrived on time, were extremely polite, very tidy and finished the job in one day as we were leaving on an extended vacation the following day. Of the three quotes we received, Tri County was the most detailed and tailored to our situation plus the most economical quote for the same tonnage and with the best warranties. Great job, Tri County!
