I've dropped off items here a couple of times- sometimes the wait is a little long and you may need to come back an hour and a half later depending on how busy they are. Early morning seems to be the best time to come by to drop off items.

I've dropped off things here and at the Annex location. Usually they check your stuff on the spot or within a few minutes! The clothes in here are priced to sell, but I still felt like I got a good value for what I brought in. I always choose store credit. It adds up quick.

I could not tell if the associate was joking or not when I brought in a bag of clothing with approximately 20 items or so (they were in season, brand new TOPSHOP, gently used-American Apparel etc...) and this girl had nerve to pick the one shirt I paid 30$ for at a vintage store in Kensington and say “$7.00 Store Credit or $3.00 Cash”  
HAHAHAHA ARE YOU SERIOUS????
THE CASH IS LESS THAN WHAT I PAID TO GET TO THIS STORE VIA TTC.
She shooed me off to sorted through half of my stuff, and talk to a customer, I couldn’t help but notice how everything was quite expensive for what they were trying to sell. Like seriously you’ll take Joe Fresh over a 60$ never been worn Topshop slip dress??? 
Basically I felt quite insulted, and spent time and money to go there just to be offered $3.00. Y’all could’ve at least dropped a quarter in there too so I could pay for the bus with my shirt 😂 lol

Common sort is a great store to resell your used clothing and put them to good use in a new home. Glad to see those places like this to recycle clothing. Generally the pretty good sometimes are picky about what they get they know their clients best. So bring everything for the desired season, you just don't know what they're going to pick!

Awful, what a waste of time. 
Don't bother bringing in any clothing here because they don't even look at it. Idk who's sorting here but I brought in 3 bags of clothing (some I've literally never worn or maybe worn once) and they didn't take even one item saying they want things that are "brand new".. 
How can you be a used clothing store and want brand new items? 
Furthermore when I got home I noticed 90% of what I brought in is still in the bags I brought, exactly how I folded them. They didn't even look at them! What a waste of time.
