I have been to S&B a couple times when searching for my wedding dress. On the store itself I would give it 5 stars, it is a beautifully decorated space and I always love walking by and looking at their display window. On the consultant that helped me (I think her name was Kelly (?) or something else with a K) I would also give 5 stars - she was SUPER helpful and not pushy at all, she understood exactly the types of dresses I liked and even got me to try on a few I never would have thought I would like. I don't think she works there anymore though as I don't see her on the "meet our staff" website page. The reason I took off 2 stars was that it is a small store and there was 2 other appointments at the same time so it did feel crowded, and because the collection of dresses is smaller there were some dresses the other 2 brides had in their change rooms that I didn't even get to see. In addition I felt a bit rushed towards the end of my appointment, not by my consultant but by one of the owners who said I should make another appointment to keep looking. They also do not do alterations at this store. I did not end up buying my dress here but it is a good option for brides in the city, especially if you are looking for a less formal dress. They do have a good selection of accessories too, and have occasional specific "Accessories sales" where you don't need an appointment and can drop in. I saw quite a few I liked, but the prices seemed high for the quality so I did not buy any.

Sash & Bustle was my first stop for dress shopping and the whole experience was wonderful!! The store itself is absolutely gorgeous, it's super clean, fresh, bright and white :) I love how intimate it is and that it's a smaller boutique so they really take the time to go over the designers and different styles. I had the whole back dressing room to myself (I believe they serve 1 bride at a time), I had 3 people come with me and they were all super comfortable and impressed by the service. Since my appointment at Sash and Bustle I went to a couple other bigger bridal boutiques and wow what a difference. The dresses in the other salons all looked the same, the stores were old and run down, the service was awful and they sure didn't make you feel special. At Sash & Bustle I had Veronica helping me and she was AMAZING!!! (Ladies I highly recommend that you request her) She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just super sweet NOT ONCE did I feel pressured. I read a couple reviews complaining about the lack of help with getting into the dress, I didn't have this issue at all. Veronica asked me to step into the dress while she waited outside the curtain, once I had it on she came back in and zipped me up. I appreciated the privacy, don't really want someone in the room with me when I'm in my underwear and bra-less. You guys are doing a wonderful job, keep it up!!

Sash & Bustle is the a true bridal experience. Tara was amazing! She helped suggest the dress I ended up going with which is perfect for my personality and fits with my wedding day venue. There are lots of options. Their collections are modern and classic choices. Good for a bride on a budget. Would recommend to anyone!

Sash & Bustle was the second store I visited for my wedding dress. The store itself is so charming and elegant. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to get to know my budget, venue, and preferred dress styles. They picked out exactly the type of dresses I was looking for and were so helpful with even helping me put on the dresses and making sure it fit just right before i got out of the fitting room to show my family. They have the most stunning collections for such great prices. I have not bought my dress yet but I am pretty sure I am going to go back to get my dress from here. Most importantly, they were not pushy at all for me to make an immediate decision. I highly recommend this place for gorgeous dresses with a modest budget!

Two things you should know about me: I don’t write reviews and I am probably the most indecisive person ever! Living in LV, I stroll by S&B on a regular and like many, quickly fell in love with the whimsical shop! When I got engaged I knew it would be my first stop, and that it was. Anne definitely changed me! Not only was she worthy of me dropping a line or two and writing my first review, she made my first ever wedding dress search, my one and only! She took the time to listen above and beyond the loud and wild women in my life. With every dress I tried, she pulled the pieces together and by dress 5, I said YES! She is brilliant and for that, I couldn’t not post something about her! Any newly engaged, anxious bride-to-be would be lucky to have her help them!
