Had to stop in and get a pair of comfortable work boots to replace a pair that disintegrated upon traveling last year.  Stopped in, since it was close to my host's apartment, and although a small store, they had selection in my size (13).

The boots I ended up purchasing were a great deal, and they're one of my favorite pairs to date...still in great shape (and I WORK in all conditions in these boots).

Gentleman working was helpful, made sure I was happy with the purchase before walking out the door.

Will definitely visit again, if necessary.

This is a legitimate outlet. You will pay next to nothing for quality boots, including many made in Canada optipns, all because of cosmetic blemishes. These are seconds, but who cares, they are work boots.

I paid 75 bucks for a pair that retail for over 200. Chris helped me out and was hilarious and more than willing to find me a pair that fit. He pulled out literally a dozen different pairs until I found one I liked.
I honestly thought this was a regular location and wanted to see what was new with work boots, not intending to buy anything, but I walked out with a new pair and I don't regret it for a second.

I'd send anyone over to Chris at the work authority outlet, there is no reason to pay full price when you can get boots here for a fraction of the cost.

Only downside is that there aren't full size runs of each style because they are seconds.

The employee tonight was rude and condescending and overall a miserable human being. Go to Mark's - where the employees don't curse under their breath while helping out a family.

Great experience. So what if there is minor things wrong with the boots I just buy right boot for the job.

They claim to be open 10-6 on a Saturday and then randomly close up shop in the middle of the day.  Showed up in the 1pm hour, closed with sign on door that they'd be opening 25 minutes after I got there.  Wasn't waiting. Will shop elsewhere.
