I lived here for 9 months and it was by far the worst complex I have ever resided at. The leasing staff were very kind, however, the management office were incompetent and slow to respond to issues with the apartment. Multiple safety hazards concerning the outside access to the building. At one point there were people living in the storage area inside of the building. After someone poured gasoline throughout the building that connected, they immediately locked the doors but did not give residents keys to get inside. I had to bang on the doors until a neighbor let me in. Less than a week later the lock on the door was broken and the neighborhood teenagers were back in the building hanging out on the steps smoking and leaving cigar contents on the floor almost daily. I had to send an email and cc the regional manager and her manager in order to get results. Would not recommend.

I think that this place is a very good area. It has a pool for the people that live there, a park, a basketball court, and there is a Miidle school with a football field right across from there (Middle River Middle School)

I lived in the Townhomes for 3 years it was infested with mouse. After having conversations with most of the neighbors the had a mouse problem too. Unless you want Extra house guess don’t move here, I caught over 70 mice in my 3 years of staying here and I kept a clean home. But the mice ran from all the units so just because I kept a clean house don’t mean my neighbor did, I felt the mouses ate at there house and nest in Mines my house was spotless I moved so far away I moved out of state.

My mom lives here. People roll blunts in the hallway and leave empty dime bags on the ground. Her dishwasher hasn't worked in ages and is yet to be fixed. When she first moved in her air didn't work. All the dumpsters are all ways overflowing and you can see rats at night.

I like the town homes. I hate how the people in the community keep their trash exposed.
