I'm giving 1 star bc well, there is no 0 option .... roaches roaches and more roaches... sump pump breaks down, nobody replaces it... And then they take pictures of it, and charge ME after WE bought a new one!!! ILLEGAL EVICTION PRACTICES!!! Middle River isn't in Baltimore city limits, therefore they have no LEGAL RIGHT TO DUMP PERSONAL TENANT'S BELONGINGS OUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!! look up Maryland eviction law office ladies, ILLEGAL EVICTION PRACTICES.... guess what? I'm SUING...the vultures, aka other residents, STOLE ELECTRONICS... there was no hand delivered eviction notice given to me by a court official. DOES SELF EVICTIONS SOUND FAMILIAR??? IT SHOULD, AND IT'S ILLEGAL.... no wonder they have 34 units empty... SO, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE... GO TO A HOMELESS SHELTER IF YOU MUST... you'll be better off in the long run.... I'm also going public..... $450 dollars were stolen out of our living room drawer, as well as my $1500 laptop... oak grove needs better and legal EVICTION practices... I WILL be compensated for my loses, Morgan Properties!!!

It's not the best apartment in the world but it's not a bad place to start out. Its cheap ( Abe yes, you get what you pay for) and conviently located so you can walk to pretty much wherever you need to go, and its on the bus line. All of the staff have been nice and helpful and my neighbors don't bother me at all.

Just moved in! The people in the office are so nice and very helpful! So far experience has been awesome!

HELL ON EARTH. The office staff is nice at leasing but after that they could care less. The maintenance NEVER actually fixes anything and on top of that the apartment was DISGUSTING when I moved in. I had BLACK MOLD AND SEWER FLYS in my basement and the smell was so overwhelming I had to leave. You know what I got in return? Called a liar when I said the house was unlivable and told there was NOTHING they will do. Now I'm spending a fortune to buy out of a lease for the worst experience of my life. Its not worth the cheap price, don't do it unless you like ghetto apartments, rude staff, and gross living conditions.

1 I have a very bad roach infestation, ( I don't mean like the occasional roach I'm talking litterally before I started this response I saw a pregnant roach looking at me before I killed it of course). I have tried to have something done but it hasn't gotten any better with the fact that the maintenance guy put some sort of foam spray in the holes ( the mouse holes) so once the mice chew through it the roaches are allowed in in masses!2nd there is also a mouse problem, and on top of all of that I have no control over my heat even though I understood that going in I have complained before and someone "flushed " my radiator and it was a WHOLE DEGREE WARMER!😑Besides all of that I have sooooo much caked on paint in this apartment that there are doors that don't shut bc they are either the wrong size door or have soooooo much paint on them that they can't be shut. Sooooo why did my rent go from 806 to 868!?!!!!?!?! What is the reason you feel as though you deserve this!??? From what I can see my rent should be no higher that 730... and yes that does include everthing!
