Nice neighborhood everything be perfect if ground rent didn't keep rising within 5 yrs at current 5% yearly increase you could afford a mortgage. If looking for nice quite place for few yrs great option if your looking to stay longer really depends on how cheap you can get a trailer if worth it but value drops like lead weight in water in the value of your trailer so unless planning on moving it better to rent. The employees are great people and will help you out its the giant conglomeration Call ELS are the ones that are the cause of most problems since I ran it to make a buck and know most who move in once in can't afford to move at least there trailer and there are no current laws yet bill went to committee but needs adjustment so will try again when they resume to keep them from raising rent however high they wish yearly or if make mistake of month to month anytime. Buyer beware otherwise great place wish I could live there till retirement but pretty sure will be priced out within 5yrs time.

Way to expensive to live here. They jumped the rent $ 42 in one year.

Ground rent it rediculess.   If you could afford their rent you can get a house or condo.  Raise rent $30 to $35 every year.   Owners are money hungry.
