I love buying bulk foods from here and local meats! They go on sale every now and then and you can get local grass fed ground beef for $3.99/lb. Also have bulk raw honey we love to buy and nutritional yeast powder for vegan dishes. They also have AMAZING soups and a great hot bar (its a little pricey though i think close to $10/lb) . Upstairs they have coffee/smoothies and a dining area to eat your food!

If you are willing to pay above average prices for the things you buy in exchange for a small town family feel, this is the place for you. Exceptional regional and local fruits, veggies and meats that are really hard to beat. Nice coffee selection and lots of natural, organic, vegan, gluten free, and other allergy sensitive products.

Fantastic salad and hot food bar.  Great groceries, beer and wine.  Wonderful place for meetings or meet up with friends.

My favorite place to grab a cup of tea or coffee, & maybe a fast (& always tasty) bite to eat. Then there's the bonus of a great little grocery store & all the clerks are so friendly & helpful!!
