Went thru drive thru ordered a box of cherry dilley bars. The guy who took my money never said a word he had a look like I was bugging him. Bad service but great ice cream.. when I got home come to find out it was chocolate not cherry. Called the manager on shift he wasn't simpothtic  or even I'm sorry or nothing. He just said "I see your issue here" who says that to a complaining customer. You call your self a manager. Poor service here.

This was my second stop in about a weeks time.  DQ is and should be known for it's excellent ice cream but I've been to quite a few places that mess up their signature item.  Not the case here, on both visits the quality of my Blizzard has been spot on... ample mixin's, good blend, cheerful service.  Almost makes me want to have to make the run into Bozeman for the airport more often!!

Ordered an ice cream cake online 5 days ago, received confirmation that it would be ready today at noon. Go to pick it up for my daughters birthday party at 1 and the employees are scratching their heads telling us they can make it and have it ready in an hour. The party starts in an hour!  Update, they called me and are delivering it to our house, free of charge! They redeemed themselves! Thank you, I was panicking!

Service is decent, even cycling through lots of immigrants/foreign exchange workers. The ice cream is predictably really good in true dairy Queen fashion. Haven't had food here I'm ages because it always tasted like cardboard fresh from the warmer.
