My son had an appointment at 10:45 to see a doctor and we got tired of waiting and left at 12 and still we didn't see a doctor I have never been to a doctor's place that has taken this long to see a doctor! Crazy

Why bother have appointment times? When my mom finally gets called back, we wait 30 minutes to an hour before she is seen.

Don't go to this clinic.....they never have any openings for appointments, the drs. are never there, when you do get an appointment you're never seen at the time they schedule you it's always 15-30 after your scheduled time, the front desk isn't friendly and not very helpful.....too bad u can't rate a negative cause that's what I would rate them at!!! WORST CLINIC EVER!!!

Wanted a refill, the nurse called me and said it was ready i went to the pharmacy 2 days after and the pharmacist said she doesn't have any medicine for me. After insisting that i received a call to let me know my meds was ready she said they never call patients THOUGH i had been called to pick up my meds. There is so much miscommunication here and it seems like some workers here don't know some of the things that are done at this place and sadly these are things they are supposed to know. I'm so disappointed especially with the pharmacy.😕😕
