I just want to thank all the team members, staff security, etc. For keeping this a family friendly place, but not only that. But for having doctors and nurses that actually care. People that are welcoming and kind. It stands out in my mind and too be honest I’m taking a shit right now and it came across my mind how every time I go to Community Health Care I never think anything negative. Such as if I would feel if I was going to a place where I was treated poorly instead of being treat as a individual. I hope you can catch my drift. I just wanted to thank the staff and this is the best way to get my message across. Thank you! You guys are noticed and appreciated!!

1/2 of the dental staff is insane and 9/10 times I call any department I get put on hold for 30 minutes before anyone picks up. I've also been hung up on and unnesscarily redirected. I have more success calling the patient appointment staff and having them transfer me than waiting in that nightmare. However the doctor I see is amazing (Jo Bauer). I only wish the nursing staff was a little more patient and got my appointment time right. I always show up early and get pulled back late and end up sitting there for up to an hour before seeing her sometimes. But she's worth it. I just can't make plans for the majority of that day.

If your looking for help to legitimate medical issues you ll love it...If your seeking narcotics or a hypochondriac you ll hate it and will even probably write a negative review to boot. I RECOMEND.

I go to the dental and the medical, I am also on medicaid. Dental was ok and had a crown put in for $90 as that is not covered. I am diabetic and need to have a blood test every 3 months before I see the doctor. The coordination  between the lab order and the doctor is bad and does not happen. I have often been put on hold only to be disconnected. If I had insurance I paid for I would change doctors but I accept this because I have no other option.

Dr Smith has been our family doctor ever since his office was in Tillicum, then Lakewood and now in hilltop, he's been our dr. For almost 20years we have no regrets. Dr Jeff Smith is also bilingual  as is Most of the staff
