They took my son off one of his medications without replacing it, and was expecting him to wait over a month for his next appointment. When he started having adverse affects from not being the old med or a replacement medication, I called them to see what could be done. I made several calls and left messages and never got a return call ( my son signed a release for me). I finally had to go to our family Doctor and have her give him the replacement medicine. He started doing better within a short time of being on the new med. When I went to his appointment today I let them know this was not acceptable!! They explain they serve a lot of people and this was the best they can do!!! THERE BEST....I would hate to see their worst. I was told if we were not happy that we could go somewhere else!! Right there tells me they are only in it for the money part and not for their patients. I am livid!!! My child did not deserve this horrible service!!!  I will try to report this!! I was told by the Doctor Sylvia, that there was nobody to report this to because they are independent. Watch me!!!! I will write Councilman Rick Talbert who fight for Mental Illness and also contact the State. I will continue to fight this!! I for one WILL NOT let this be there BEST!!! I will do my best, to make sure NOBODY is treated this way. People with mental Illnesses do not deserve neglect!!

I have been seen at this clinic for a while. I called to get a second opinion for my meds. I went to my appointment today and she (doctor Sylvia)closed my file. They said i had to go somewhere else. So out of my medications and scrambling to find another doctor. Im glad it happened.I would not put my dogs life in this idiots care. I am baffled how such a moron became a psychiatrist...

The billing office has attempted to overcharge me twice now.  Getting to speak with the woman who handles billing is beyond difficult.  She rarely answers the phone, just like the office itself.  Plus, leaving a voicemail at the office is pretty pointless.  I was actually told by a staff member a while back that they rarely check their voicemails.

A close family member of goes to this clinic and ever since then, its made a huge impact on her (our) lives. She seems happier and livelier than i had ever seen her, prior to her visits there. Thank u guys for making a difference
