I've been going here like 2 years never had no issues with the Pediatrician and women's clinic.  For me always great nurse assistants and doctors .You need to always wait anywhere you go , I don't see that has a issue . I would recommend here to anyone thanks CHS

I have been going to CHS for 2 years now. Found out i have a 10cm fibroid tumor by hartford hospital when CHS told me it was 8cm. I been in and out the emergency room because my doctor cancelled 4 appointments on me. Im in pain everyday and CHS cant fix this issue. I have to wait an entire month to be seen by someone else. So sad.

I have to say that it really sucks to have to give  this whole facility a 1 star for the few.

Yet, I chose this as my course of action because I truly believe that it takes a team for anything to run smoothly, even more so when it's a medical facility.

Not only was the wait extra long, the ladies at the front desk behaved like the we're in a high school hall way

I also felt like there was a lack in competence due to being told my daughter (who has a chipped tooth) was being scheduled to see the dentist for cap on her tooth before school atarted and instead was scheduled to see the hygenist.

Mind you this is after I made it a point to clarify

The receptionist in the pediatric department are horrible and the worse if you are not friends with them your kids will be left out which it should not be like that . The management need to fired them are teach them how to portray professionalism
