Their answering service has no option to speak to a human.

The titled of this ad is misleading. I called the number given by this ad looking for immunization info and reached the practitioners license department. After listening to a long list of departments I was left with no option to speak to a human being. This sucks!

Today I traveled to the CT Department Of Health. This branch of state is by far the absolute worst. The people are rude, dismissive without question. You are not allowed to see anyone. Instead they refer you to a phone number to a long waiting list to call back. I beleave bassed off my experience this company should be audited. Just another showing on how the state runs crooked companies to fill the pockets of those who do not work but reel in tax payers money. Avoid if at all posible.
