I've been using this facility for about a month now and so far, so great. I appreciate that the facility is in a safe part of town, very quiet. The kiosk is easy to use and the entire facility is very well-kept. I think the price is fair for the space, as well. (I am paying about $100/mo for a unit that could fit a 3-bedroom house, so that's great.) Very easy to access everything as well.

I was able to sign up to rent a storage unit electronically, and the process was quick, easy, and comfortable. My email address is Included in the process. Within a couple of days I received an email welcoming us. I replied with a thank you, and having read the agreement we signed, I noticed that when emptying, and leaving the facility, I would need to give 10 days notice prior to ending the agreement, which is fair. Personally, we plan on unloading our moving truck in the month of July, then move everything to our new home in August, so I responded to their email by mentioning that our intent is to leave by Aug. 31. The response I received was personable and professional, and noted that I am officially listed as leaving by Aug. 31, but if I need to extend our use of the facility, I just need to let them know. Perfect! If I need a storage unit in the future, or if anyone I know needs a storage unit, it will be Community Storage!

They don't have lot cleared plowed after snow storms. I got in a 3 foot snow bank with my Geo. Big hole on the side of drive way, can't see it or drive at night
