The people that work here are great. I've rented two 26ft box trucks from them, and both experiences were excellent. I also recommend getting the insurance since I had to use it for the first time. Roadside assistance sent us a new truck and a moving crew to transfer our items from one truck to another. Just amazing customer service all around.

I’ve been renting out with Penske for 5+ years now, and Ahmad as always been much help Shoutout to him give this guy a raise!
From start to finish, this was not a good experience. I was there 15 mins early to pick the rental up, but they didn't have it assigned. That took another 45 mins. The rep at Home Depot was supportive and assisted the best way she could. Once assisgned, I used two cards to pay for it. The $150 security deposit wasn't told to me until I had to pay, which was inconvenient bc I had already calculated things. Now, upon return, they sent my refund in a check to my old address. No correspondence was made regarding how I'd like to receive my money. I was very frustrated at this point. I called the billing department, and someone was able to get cash so I could pick up my deposit in person. When I went out, it was $4.00 short, and I had to go back again the next day for the rest of it. This was unexceptable and bad for business all the way around. The staff was very supportive but they weren't organized and it caused delays and extras on me which weren't fair. As a consumer, my expectations are high bc I know I can back it up, the same should stand for such a well-known business. Who's going to pay for the gas it took to get my money back? I took this trip twice to get my money, and they had to swipe only once to get paid. This pisses me off bc they don't care. Take your chances if you want, but learn from my experience and take notes. You all should have done better, period.
Dear truck drivers, if you're dropping your truck at this location make sure you remove all your personal and valuable belongings. I had one of my personal CB antenna "stolen" over the weekend. According to penske they're not responsible. Hopefully this message will save you from spending extra cash we do not have in this uncertain economy. Thanks!
Dennis provided excellent customer service. If you’re in need of a vehicle rental, I would highly recommend that you go to this location. Their customer service as well as the prices are why I will continue to use their services.

I was an employee at Penske for over a year and was fired because one of the technicians who is good friends with all the managers started harassing me. In response i entertained the messages however never spoke to the kid in person. He faced no discipline for the harassment and/or discrimination i am of Mexican decent but born here . I was advised to take a leave of absence however i didn't follow the steps, step by step no one showed me how to properly go about the process so they fired me. Pretty slick way to fire someone if you ask me.
These guys are awesome! Great customer service and reasonable rates.
