I am super happy about the excellent work by comofix. After losing hope rescuing my Dell Inspiron, I found it on google. The tech at this place identify the cause of the issue quickly and fixed it for very reasonable price. It didn't cost me which I thought it would. I think these guys are honest and skilled enough to handle most of the problems on electronics devices. I will recommend this place for computer repair.These guys don't just repair computer, they actually work on various electronics like watches, cell phones, tablets. Its definitely the best place to go for electronics repair in the area.

This is the place to go in the Lynnwood, WA area.  They repaired my citizen watch for $100 after the watch repair guy at Fred Meyer said it would cost about $275 to repair (more than cost of the watch).  Comofix replace the watch movement and everything is working perfectly.  I appreciate that they took time to document the condition of the watch and the repair was completed in two days.  Great Service!!! Thank you!

Got my computer fixed here. They did it very professionally. Repair was three times quicker than estimated in another place. Recommended to everyone looking for electronics repair.

Unprofessional in diagnosing a computer:

I built a custom PC for my first time, and it wouldn't power on. I couldn't figure out the problem on my own, so I decided to take it into this shop. I told them all the details of my problem; I even wrote it on a piece of paper for them. I told them I need it fixed asap as I have a project due. They assured they would call me on the day of. 

The next day, I still did not receive a call, so I had to call them. They said things got busy and apologized, so I kindly said it was okay. A few hours later, they call me saying that the problem lies in the Power Supply Unit of the computer, and it needs to be replaced. I pick up the computer from the shop, paying them $60 for the diagnosis, and I ordered a new Power Supply Unit on Amazon. The next day it arrived, I replaced the part, and the computer STILL does not work. Stressed out--as my project is almost due--I replace each part of the computer one by one, which took over a day (as I had to get the parts from a store). Nothing would work.

Then, I looked carefully inside my computer, and I realized the problem: one of the cables was plugged in the wrong way. So by flipping it 90 degrees and plugging it in, that fixed my entire problem.

My mistake is understandable, as this is my very first time building a custom computer. However, it is completely unacceptable that a "professional" repair shop was not able to diagnose this correctly. I would have been completely glad to pay $60 if they figured out my problem, telling me that it was a simple cable plugged incorrectly. But instead, not only were they unable to spot the incorrectly plugged cable--which is so basic--they also mis-diagnosed the problem completely, saying that I need to go buy and replace the Power Supply Unit--which was completely wrong. 

I noticed most of these reviews on here gave at least 4 stars, but most of them are dealing with smartphone issues. Fair enough. But if you are having a computer problem that needs diagnosing, DO NOT GO HERE.

My cracked iPhone 7 is repaired in 20 minutes cost me way less than any other iPhone repair store want to charge. It looks like a new iPhone just got of the box. Seriously, I have to give them enough credit for fixing my phone so fast and so good.
