Who else you gonna call when it comes to getting bad service, lies and fake customer service? These people don’t answer phone calls. Go ahead call them. They don’t deliver on time. Go ahead order a fridge. They lie straight in your face. Go ahead go there with a complain. Try asking the robots they have at the front door a question.. go ahead you gonna get a shrug of impotence then a fake smile while they are watching your pockets. Let’s remember Circuit City now Whole Foods. Soon to be Walmart.. so hurry shut down already. No difference between ordering online or going into Best Buy. They do not stock but floor samples. Sucks to live in America. Welcome to the New America where customers are a nuisance and your money no longer votes. Pretty much f*** off cause there is no more competition. Like waste management. Better be nice to your trash/garbage engineer if you don’t want to dig your own dump sites because you have no choices. BUT YOU ARE FREE🙃

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I needed... and smiled like they actually enjoyed being of assistance. They will also price match Amazon which is another reason to check them out.

Lots of staff. They seemed to select who they wanted to help based on appearance.. the first person to help was not very knowledgeable about her own section. However another gentleman came over and was able to answer my questions and got me pointed in the right direction with a much cheaper and more efficient option...

I thought this place was fantastic, and still is. They're knowledgeable about their products, and they have good customer service skills. They were very patient with me and answered every questions I had in a way I can understand. They always have big smiles on their face and ready to help. If I need any electronic items in the future, I'm going back to this place. Thanks you for you patience!

Had not too pushy help at TV's. Then came back about a week later when they had a sale with a better price. No haggle, they just put it on my card. Kinda nice to see the TV, helpful, and they were on par with Amazon. My overall experience has lifted my thoughts of this store.
