Compass Insurance was able to save us money and made sure to explain everything in our policy to us. They're great about answering any questions we have. I love working with them and their staff is so friendly. I was even able to persuade one of my friends to have them look at an insurance policy for her, and they saved money for her too!

We were recommended to Dan at Compass when we were in the process of buying a new car and shopping for a good insurance rate. Dan made a difficult time a lot easier with his responsiveness, willingness to answer questions, and taking the time to find out exactly what we needed. One of the best parts is he was even able to save us money, even with adding collision to our policy for the new car we are paying the same amount as we were for ONLY liability with our old company! Thank you to the whole Compass team for making the whole process easy and painless!

Avoid this company at all cost. They t nice until they get your money. Then they are all to busy to help when you need something. Customer service is awful. The commerical group of Jack, Germaine, and Jody work at very unprofessional levels and don't care about the needs of customers.

I have been working with Jack Hoedeman and Compass Insurance for the last 5 years. In that time, Jack and his team have reset the bar for what to expect from your insurance agent. I have received the highest level of service, and also saved a great deal of money compared to other brokerages and carriers I have worked with in the past.  I have referred countless friends who have all had the same experience. I would recommend Compass to anyone in Michigan. Give them a call!
