Great place to get any insurance you need. Everyone here is top notch and professional, and they will get you what you need. I had been with Allstate for 20 years, but their service became worse and worse, so I hooked up with these people at State Farm, and it was a world of difference.
 A few weeks ago my car was hit, and everything with the claims and getting the car repaired was perfect. I really didn’t have to do anything as they took care of it all, and actually called me when something was needed instead of me calling them and waiting on hold for an hour. Highly recommend!

Laura is awesome.  She really should be duplicated and be given a raiser.  She always has all the answers and goes above and beyond to help.  Very assertive.  Very attentive.  Great employee.  Thank you Laura

I have been with the Ortez agency for over 10 years and have always been treated like family! They were there for me after our deer accident and always make life easy! Highly recommend for friendly and effective service!

My go to person is Laura Strong. She is amazing! I never have to worry about anything to do with my policy. I know that State Farm and all of Dorothy Ortez's staff has my back!

This place, has horrible service, they have been taking money out my account it was original set for 130$ they take out what ever they fell like one month is 250 the next month 300 the next mont could be 90, when I complain I was told I would get a refund I been waiting for it for 5 months and so far no refund.
Then I had another insident when I went to talk to one of the employees there I was told by this person 
They don’t have time to focus on me, since they have over 400 thousand customers that I am the least of her worries because I don’t pay my bill, in the mean time they have been taking my money and running with it. Customer service sucks
I will never go back here again I am currently looking for a new insurance company, I also put a complain at there corporate office.
