I have been training with Tiffany for about two months now, she is really professional and a nice person. I became much fitter and stronger since I joined Compel Fitness and i can see that i’m going To achieve my goals with them.

Sandra is amazing and I adore her. She's so helpful and always motivates me to work harder. She reminds me when to come in and also informs me on what I should be eating and doing outside of the gym. I highly reccomend her to anyone.

The staff at compel fitness are nothing short of amazing! They take the time to map out a plan catered to where you are and where you want to be. James is awesome ... very understanding and motivational ... even though I never planned to take this journey to another level. The staff at compel have inspired me to start on a complete journey to change my health for the better!

I decided it was time to stop making excuses and lose the weight. I signed up at Golds Gym and had an assessment done by the senior trainer from Compel Fitness G. G was very motivating and honest. He asked about my goals and showed me a plan to attain them. My first work out with G was hard but he was able to motivate me and push me further than I though I could go. My new trainer is Phil since G was no longer taking new clients. Phil is awesome he is motivating and very informative. My first workout with Phil was hard as well but I learned a lot and can't wait to go back. All in all I totally recommend Compel Fitness and even got my wife to sign up.

I stsrted taking my workouts seriously a year ago and contracted a Compel Fitness trainer to get me on th right track. He has been wonderful - teaching me the various machines, free weights, etc and how to work the various body areas (legs, back, shoulders, chest, etc). I am now on a routine - going to gym at least 2 to 3 days per week. GREAT PLACE !
