Complete Roofing was absolutely fantastic to work with on the replacement of our home’s roof. Shawn Johnson, our sales rep, was a fanatic partner and made the entire process incredibly easy. Shawn was able to introduce us at everyone we would interact with (including those from our insurance partners) and explained and streamlined the process for us. Shawn was even willing to revisit our home multiple time to provide a recommend on the color of the shingles and drip guards. At first, we were a bit uncertain about the colors scheme Shawn recommended, but once it was installed it looked amazing! This guy absolutely knows his stuff! The installation team was very professional and were great to work with as well. They arrived on time and our new roof was completed, as promised, in one day. At the end of the installation, their customer service rep walked around the house with us to review their work and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Complete Roofing did an amazing job and the curb appeal of our house has never been better.

Jameson Tanner and Complete Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish installing a new roof on our home. They responded to all of our questions in a timely manner, were professional throughout the process, installed a quality shingle and great craftsmanship! Jameson Tanner and Complete Roofing immediately answered and took care of any concerns that we had leaving us entirely happy with the job that they did. We then used them on a second home and again were completely satisfied. Great job! Scott M

In my business as well as my personal home, Complete has been a trusted partner to insure our roofing needs are addressed promptly with excellence and integrity. Their commitment to the customer and their competitive pricing makes them my only choice for our roofing needs. One day after a bad storm I found one of our roofs leaking (not one they had replaced). Complete sent a technician over to assess and repair the issue. They didn’t try to sell me something I really didn’t need and they did not charge me anything for their service. I cannot recommend Complete more highly.

The gang at Complete Roofing is great. Justin was so helpful navigating all the insurance process and making it so easy and smooth. The support team scheduled the job and kept everything on track and kept me informed all along the way. The work was done in one day and looks fantastic. They had to update some of my roof features to meet the new county codes and even took care of the extra cost by resubmitting it to the insurance company. John the owner contacted me after to ensure I was pleased. Very professional company and all the employees know their stuff. Highly recommended! Tim

Complete Roofing lived up to every promise and more. At first I was skeptical because so many companies paint an ideal picture, but the finished product is not what was promised. However, with Complete Roofing, everything the rep, Jameson Tanner, said along the way was exactly how the finished product turned out. Fair pricing, great communication from Jameson, the project supervisor, and office staff. Great company and people to work with. Highly recommend and very pleased with my new roof!
