Amazing company with exceptional customer service.  I would say their strength is attention to details. Dr Roof was very thorough when walking me through the claim process. It's hard as a consumer to trust a roofer when believing they are not alway looking out for your best interest.  After my experience with them I can honestly say they were definitely looking out for my best interest in providing me a well built roof.

I highly recommend this company.  They showed up when they said the would.   The supervisor came by daily to ensure the siding job was going well and the crew did a great job cleaning up.   Have already recommended them to my neighbors.

This was just a small repair job but every detail of the experience was a five, from the initial meeting with Thomas, the estimator, to the technicians who came out and performed the work.  Response time to my initial request for a quote was within one day and the work was scheduled very quickly after I agreed to the project.  I did seek input from other potential contractors and some of them were quite efficient as well, but this team was far superior to everyone else.  Thanks Dr. Roof for such a pleasant experience.

Excellent experience!  My almost 20-year-old roof was in rough shape after "Hurricane Irma". I was very concerned as several other roofing companies said my insurance company(Allstate) wouldn't cover it? Well, those other companies were wrong!  I called Dr. Roof, Keith came to my home with some samples that he recommended after our conversation as to what I was looking for.  Keith, recommended "CertainTeed" roofing shingles, my wife and I chose "Weathered Wood". Thanks to a wonderful group of people, my mind was at ease. My roof was fully covered by Allstate Ins., Dr. Roof handled all the paperwork as well.  I was so impressed by Dr. Roof's systematic process. All my questions and concerns were handled at every step of the way...from start to finish. I know I made the right choice, because my home stands out from the rest in my subdivision and looks like a million bucks!  I would like to thank everyone involved...Keith (roofing specialist), Lori (production manager), Pol (Quality control supervisor) and last but certainly not least, Louis & his installation crew. I'm a perfectionist and when I tell you they did a perfect job, I mean it!
