Not happy with this location. Have purchased several computers from the Central Ave store and had really good service. Now, I work near Maumee and this store is much easier for me to get to. Called in this morning with a question. The person who answered stated politely that he was helping a customer and asked me to hold. After sitting on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up. He could have very easily asked for a number to call me back at, or simply stated that he was busy and short staffed and suggest that I call back in 10-15 minutes. No fun sitting on dead hold. Not going to this location. Not convenient for me to get to Central Ave., now. Probably going to look for another place to get work done.

As an IT professional, Computer Discount is one of my preferred sources for acquiring new systems. High quality builds at very fair prices and their warranty policy is among the best in the business. Furthermore, their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new computer or repairs to an existing system. I'd even give them a 6th star if I could.

Took my computer in because I thought I had a virus. They had it done in just a day and a half. For a very reasonable price! The manager is also very knowledgeable and fair. I would recommend this place to anybody for their computer needs!
