I just left this shop with my girlfriend and her family. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us some amazing customer service, and referred us to a great local restaurant. 5/5 Spend your money here! :)

They sell clone products (cheap Chinese look a likes), not authentic. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I'd recommend nice cloud vapors on heatherdowns.

Hey Smoke Revolt! I love you guys! Haters gonna hate (you know they are just jealous)  but 99.9% of Toledo LOVES YOU! That's why you have more stores than anyone. Keep it up with those awesome liquids! I tell all my friends about you all the time and will keep doing so.

Don't go here. I bought a battery (two months old) and charger (less than two weeks old). Charger died, got a replacement... my stuff still isn't charging. The guy acted like it was my fault for them selling me junk. Needless to say I won't be wasting my money there and neither should you. Don't get me wrong the majority of the staff are great guys, but it just takes that one bad apple to get a bad review.

last year i bought 2, 10mL e-liquids. I paid just over $50 I didnt ask questions at that time, but when I got in my car I realized that my order should've been closer to $20-30. my husband went in and found out that they charged us for 2 bigger bottles, so not a big deal. I was hoping to get my money back that was over charged, BUT according to the assistant manager they were unable to do refunds of any kind. However, he gave us 5 previously used stamped coupons and said we could use it for the same e-Liquids I bought. This was not what I wanted, but I thought it was fair. Yesterday I decided to use the 5 stamped coupons,  but was told that i couldn't use it on the e-Liquids I initially purchased and overcharged on. I tried to explain to him that he was the guy that said we could use these for the same e-Liquids we overpaid for, and that the reason we were using coupons and not cash is because you (the assistant manager) didnt ring up the product right initially, but i was unable to finish my story because he was busy yelling and threatening my husband. The assistant manager then took all 5 stamped coupons, and told me he would allow me to get only 2 of the e-Liquids that were similar to my intial purchase and 1, 50ml of cheap e-Liquids. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business, I was overcharged and then treated terribly all by the assistant manager. Also i truly think that my money was pocketed because he never offered a receipt. buyer beware!!!!
