Called to ask about pricing for my malfunctioning laptop & was told the diagnosis and estimate was free. it in same day, estimate was $60 for a software reboot. Was emailed the very next day saying it was fully functional and ready to go. No additional charges, no sales pitch BS, no surprises, just friendly, quick and affordable computer service. REALLY appreciate the price and promptness. Will recommend and return if needed. Thank you!

I had to take two laptops in for assessment after they received water damage from a burst pipe at my residences. The tech working was able to immediately look at my machines and write up an assessment for my insurance company. I have waited in line to see a tech at a big box store longer than it took for Computer Mechanics to finish their work. I also couldn’t believe it when it was only $10 for them to look at my machines when other shops won’t touch your hardware for less then a $40 diagnosis fee. Highly Recommend giving these guys a shot if you are in need of computer help.

I had a great experience. My issue was handled quickly and professionally while I waited. What I thought was going to be the end of my laptop turned out to be a minor issue. I wasn't charged any fees. I wasn't sold anything I didn't need. They have earned a return visit the next time I have an issue. Highly recommend.

I Just DJ'd a 5 hour EDM set with a 250$ laptop i got from here last week. It ran clean and smooth all night with 0 crashes. Go check them out!

Went to get the power jack fixed and now the casing of the computer is falling apart because the screw fell out and they broke a part of my computer off and wont cover it. They want me to pay another $60 on top of what I paid them even though nothing but the jack was broken and refuse to cover it under the warranty.
