I found this shop very nice. TBH, it is the only branch that I've been to so far. The staff are friendly, the deals are good, and the branch is nice and clean. What I like the most is that it gives warranty even on the used and refurbished items

We were there for 20 minutes waiting to get something out of the case, went to the counter twice and still we weren't helped. This was absolutely ridiculous and we will never be returning to this location.

Beware if you buy used hardware. I bought a used PS3 as a Blu ray player for my father. Got home and tried to set it up for him. HDMI out didn't work. I feel like this port should be working on a used unit. Full refund a day after I bought it, however what a colossal waist of time for both parties. To avoid pain in my situation, ask them to hook it up and test it before buying it.

Friendly, knowledge staff are willing to help if you need it and willing to let you browse if you don't. They have a good selection of used games, too.
