I've only interacted with two employees, Rob and Anji, but every time I go in, I am greeted with a friendly demeanor and desire to educate me about their products. I described what I was looking for (a smoking cessation aid) and was given several recommendations. I picked the setup that seemed best to me, and got the results I wanted. I credit the welcoming atmosphere with helping me stay away from cigarettes.

Great vape shop with great owners, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have the best prices in town! It’s a nice place to hang out, or if you’re in a hurry, you can get in and out fast. They have all the flavors you seek and all the newest vaping equipment you desire. They have a nice loyalty reward program as well. Tell them I sent you or Big Dave. ;-)  Thanks and Happy vaping. It's worth the short drive over from Ann Arbor to shop here.

Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Had shoulder surgery fried my coil and couldn't disassemble my unit and they did it all for me. One of many ways I would recommend them for any mods and juices. Sweet discounts too

This was my first time ever in a vape shop the guy was very nice and patient and explained everything very well to me.
I told him I was trying to put down cigarettes and give me exactly what I needed to help me kick my physical attachment to cigarettes as well as my taste for it. Every since I walked in I have not picked up a cigarette I still have the pack (sure they are stale) and step by step I will be nicotine free thanks guys! And they have really great flavors!!
