Typical concentra location offering physicals, drugs tests, DOT cards, etc. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the whole place is super clean. 

Only really downside to this location is two things; because of all the businesses around here, the wait times can get pretty insane (one of my visits was about an hour and half for a drug test). The other is also location related, this place is absolutely a nightmare to try to get to or leave between 4-6pm on weekdays!
