Quick wait time, staff is very friendly. The dr I saw today was awesome with great bedside manner. I was afraid of having chronic shoulder pain, but the doc took the time to treat me, as well as educate me on my conditions. I feel better physically and emotionally.

This place is awful. The doctor was unprofessional and did not help me at all. They made me wait a half hour in the actual patient room. He was rushing when he saw me. He did not give me any medicine even though he said I needed it. He told me get medicine from your other doctor. Why should a person waste my time coming here if they cant even prescribe a simple prescription. I dont recall the doctors name but he was a white bald guy. The male receptionist was also unprofessional. I called him for help and he told me he would call back and never did. There are plenty of better urgent care clinics out there. No need to waste time or money on this one.

I got a call from Lindsey in Billing today, for a $3 balance I've had since 2012. They don't send bills for anything less than $5, so they never billed me. She says they're getting ready to send my account to collections. Which is extremely frustrating, why would you send an account to collections when you never billed them? Luckily enough she was able to take a credit card over the phone. Which they should have called me about say, 5 years ago and done?
