The wait wasn’t long at the Allen Park Michigan location. The staff was very polite and friendly. They helped make sure that everything was filled out properly. Waiting room had fresh coffee and water available for guest waiting. Both nurses and doctors were very talkative and friendly. Walked me through my physical and test very simple.

Front desk could use some work as far as communication and customer service. But the physical therapists John & Rhonda are awesome.. I enjoyed being in their care. They made my visit much more pleasant..

Been to your location on 3 occasions in the past month for a company physical and 2 drug screenings. Was treated kindly and professionally by staff and from Andrea how took care of my complete physical in a timely and caring fashion. Their always great there. Thanks Andrea and the rest if the staff

The staff was nice enough, but the facility is dirty. I couldn't believe my district sent me there for care. When I spoke to a staff member about the cleanliness or lack of it, she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. As if it was just normal for them. I wouldn't go back unless I had absolutely no choice. Lesson: Be very careful at work!

I've been taking DOT physical's for 30 years, usually when these places get busy the  staff seem to get a little unfriendly.  I was impressed with the counter help as well as the nurse practitioner and   Basically everybody I came in contact with the clinic.  Very friendly and courteous,  everybody seem to love their job and it was probably one of my best experiences at a clinic    Special shout out to ester who did most of my physical. She was kind courteous and considerate and a joy to be around as much as it could be for a physical.
