Thermatrix in dearborn is horrible! The only person that actually DOES THEIR JOB is the PTA lori? The aides are rude and sit on their cell phones texting while in the room with me. One of the aides had actually started swearing in front of me and another patient making us feel awkward and out of our element. I go to the livonia one now and they are much more professional and do a much better job paying attention to patients.
