This place is a joke of a Rehab center. The PT's stand around chatting with each other while the patients must retrieve all of their own exercise equipment....never mind if you're in an elevated state of pain that particular day or not.  Also, you get a different PT each visit which translates into a totally different level of service each visit... if can be called "service."  

I transferred the balance of my rehab to Beaumont and the difference in service was night and day. You're assured of the same PT each visit and they are truly invested in your progress and recovery.  I had knee replacement surgery and I'm so happy I went to Beaumont because that's when I received the level of service one expects from a "Real Professionally Run" rehab center.

I went to this physical therapy clinic after I received a rotator cuff repair for my shoulder, and I was very impressed. Excellent, professional staff that really cares about their patient's goals and progress. My physical therapist, Shannon, and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and thorough who took the time to explain each exercise and their benefits. It was also a fun, laid-back yet professional environment - I always felt comfortable going. They were very accommodating to my varying work schedule too. I was able to go back to work and exercise at a higher level than before. When I started, I couldn't even move my arm, and when I left, I felt comfortable throwing a baseball (which had been years since I've done).  Overall, great rehab experience!!

I would give them 10 stars but 5 is the limit. Great atmosphere and even better people. Still in the progress of recovering but would not want to be anywhere else.

This is my second time doing PT at this location. The staff there have always been very friendly, and extremely helpful. Even when they're really busy, they smile and make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this location. God forbid I have to have anymore surgeries, but if I do, I'll be going back to them for my PT for sure. Thank you Team Rehabilitation Taylor!!
