My visit was simple. Just sent by an employer to give samples for a drug test. When I arrived there was a young African-American lady who immediately offered me assistance, though it seems that it wasn't her job but she was helping the young lady who was busy on the phone. After I completed the paper work and went back to clerk's desk , there were two Latino woman talking to each other. They never acknowledged my presence until maybe 7 to 10minutes later when a white male walked in the door. Now they were forced to see me because they couldn't just look past me and help him. How would that look? Disappointing visit. To say the least.

Could've offer a temp med card while getting info for Doctor but they did not even offer

I was waiting for over 2 hrs for dot medical card and If i didn't call from the exam room after 50 min nobody will follow up with me and let me know someone will me shortly. The front desk rep didn't have active hearing at all (the dark girl with black glasses) I ask her the same question 2 times and she wasn't able to give me straight answer. I left without the answer and really mad after the time waisted there. Poor customer service and professionalism. Lumary

Over all pleasant good Personnel at the front desk and it was very helpful and I had some errors and they helped me get through thank you very much have a great day

After visiting other walk- in clinics, I expected to spend only 15 minutes for drug test. Ended being 2 hours. I had to use the bathroom several times before I got tested. I approached the desk several times, and every time was told that there were only 2 people in front of me even though others were called in all the time. I actually tried to call in advance and schedule this appointment, but after being on hold for 10 min, decided just to go there. It is worse than DMV or social security office!
