The staff at the front desk and the nurses were very nice. 
When I went, they were having a Christmas party while working. I’m all for celebrating, but I don’t understand why they were have a Christmas party during work hours. They aren’t open all night or weekends so I feel those would have been the appropriate times to have a Christmas party, not when people are trying to get health care. 
Also, the doctor I saw, I felt like she wasn’t actually listening so my symptoms and was talking to me like I was a druggy. She wasted my time and money. I’m mad that I went there instead of driving further to someone who might have actually listened to my symptoms and help me get better.

The people are great, but the overall system stinks.  For years my PCP took care of this physical and it went smooth.  Now, this dot physical always has some issue involved.  Of course, these doctors do not know me as well as my own!... Doesn't make sense!

I cut my finger at work that required several stitches. Upon entering the facility I was taken to a treatment room immediately.  Everyone was friendly and helpful.  In less than 90 minutes I was patched up and back to work.  Concentra gets my highest rating.  They were most impressive!

Always a great experience. I am a traveling nurse so I need to visit frequently and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The staff there was very knowledgable, respectful, and professional.  I was having an issue and had to get a new medical card and they took me right then and there which I appreciated very much.  Definitely will return!
