The ladies at the desk seemed to be unorganized, maybe under staffed but they were very polite. The examination room was super tiny and freezing even with regular clothes on. Mix that with having to wait for the doctor for 45 minutes because she forgot about you, it was not the best experience. Also, good luck finding a parking space.

Not pleasant. Had high blood pressure that was circumstantial and only recieved a 3 month permit for dot. Went to see my primary doctor said its usually normal readings in his office so wont prescribe bp meds. Brought the doctor's notes back to concentra and they said see ya in three months. Waste of money having to go see my doctor and ending up still with only a three month permit

The one girl at the front desk was really friendly and helped people understand what they are signing. Shift changed half way through my wait and the new lady wasn't as pleasant. I waited for 2 hours to take a 10 minute employer paid drug test. I think they need a separate entrance/area just for drug testing and non urgent needs. 2 hours is a freakin long time for a simple thing! I wouldn't have gone here if it wasn't paid for by my employer. If you must go here, plan on spending a lot of time waiting to be seen. Bring entertainment and maybe a neck pillow for a quick nap. The technician was friendly enough and did her job so I'm not complaining there. I can't comment on their care/doctor services as I've never been here for urgent needs. I saw a man come in with an obviously broken arm and was immediately seen by the doctor. I don't know the level of care the man received...but it was nice to see that the staff was attentive. If you have to go here, then go here. Otherwise, you're much better off going to nearby Metro Health ER on Byron Center Ave or Mercy Health Urgent Care (near Metro Health).

Had no problems here. Went in the morning for a DOT physical, took 25 minutes. There were probably 4 or 5 people in front of me. Kelly and Margaret were very helpful and friendly. I see other reviews of long waits but if you have all your info ready to go it takes far less time.

If I could rate less I would. I went in occ med. I only seen the same doctor twice and they never look at my knee in till three weeks after. And he left the room and stated talking about my knee and calling me a lier. He was so rude. The only thing good I can say is the physical therapy ladies are great. So if you get hurt drive as far away as possible.
