Fast! Went for a drug test. Loaded up on the liquids before I arrived. So I was ready to go when I got there. They have two different lines for sick people and drug test. So I was in and out! Definitely recommend this place to employers who drug test. P.s. Awesome coffee machine in the lobby for costumers. No cost! kept me warm on the cold day! 😀

The staff was courteous and professional. They were always busy but moved through their patient load quickly and efficiently. I feel like they valued my time as much as they valued their own.

Staff was friendly however it would be nice to have a realistic wait time so you know what to expect. I have literally been waiting for 3 hours. Finally got into a room and was told the doctor should be in shortly about 10 min. Another hour later. I'm still waiting. This is absurd. I will not come back. Been tempted to walk out however after waiting this long I better see the doctor.

3 hour wait to get in for a DOT physical, so I guess if you have all day to get seen then it's s great place.
