Story

PT First is a privately owned physical therapy clinic. We treat a variety of sports and spine injuries. We also specialize in balance and vestibular problems.

Mission

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to listen, treat, and educate each patient on their physical therapy journey to the best of our ability.
Our Treatment Philosophy:
Healing from an injury caused by accidents or sports activity requires early and skilled physical therapy treatment. We believe that there are three key components to the speedy recovery from injuries. These are the patient’s commitment to treatment regime, setting and achieving a series of small recovery goals, and maintaining a positive mental attitude. Our physical therapists will develop an individualized treatment plan for specific your type of injury, explain the reasons for treatment methods, and will work with help you throughout the process.

We place high importance on creating an upbeat, friendly and positive environment for all our patients. We want to establish a good rapport with our patients, empower them with the knowledge necessary to prevent re-injury, as well as to get their feedback on their happiness with the recovery progress.

I had been to many physical therapy providers for a chronic condition, and this one by far not only met but exceeded my expectations.  Felipe is welcoming, engaging and was able to identify and address my issue professionally, holistically,  and likewise with specificity.  I recommend he and his staff with no reservations.

I am so happy with my choice of PT First for physical therapy following shoulder surgery. I did my homework to find the best PT outfit in town, and found it hands down with Felipe and his company. The office is easy to find, and the staff up front is always friendly when I arrive. I appreciate that appointments run on time, and I like that I get text reminders. 

Now to the real stuff: Felipe knows what he is doing. He is an athlete and understands how the recovery and healing process works. He is compassionate, professional, and is gifted as a healer. I am an active 48 year old and was considered for a possible full shoulder replacement. Instead, I went out of state to find an excellent surgeon and in combination with an excellent physical therapist I am back to nearly full mobility and it has been only 10 weeks. If you are serious about physical therapy and rehabbing injuries, look no further and make an appointment here!

Very laid back and friendly staff with great physical therapy programs. It's a perfect experience in every way from getting in to your appointment on time, every time, and getting your muscles worked at the right level. Neck pain is tricky to treat, but Felipe is a great physical therapist.

If I could give PT First a 5+ star rating, I would do just that.  My experience there was exceptional, in every way.  From the moment you walk into the facility, you are treated like royalty.  The receptionists are warm and welcoming, and are really good at their jobs. The physical space itself is light, inviting, and clean, and the vibe from everyone working there is very positive and uplifting.  My  PT, Angelo, was incredibly knowledgable, highly skilled and super personable - he made the me laugh and he also listened carefully, which is something many medical folks don't do these days.  Angelo used an impressive variety of modalities to help my injured arm heal quickly, and he taught me a ton about the muscles of the arm and how to strengthen them in order to avoid future injury.  Shane was always kind, patient and helpful, too.  Every employee at PT First seemed to genuinely care about the patients, and you could see that, looking into all the patients' faces....To tell the truth, I had not been looking forward to getting physical therapy to heal my injured arm, but my time at PT First ended up being a great experience of learning and healing and, dare I say, even fun!  (imagine that!)  Should I need PT therapy sometime in the future, I know right where to go!!  Thanks, PT First! You absolutely rock!!

My recovery from surgery has been a team effort and I could not be in better hands than with PT First.
Angelo and the entire staff are exceptional. They truly care about their 
patients and their road back to a full life.
The facility is GREAT and the patients' privacy is always respected.
The exercises are specific and challenging and safety and comfort are
always a primary concern.
I would not be as far along in my recovery without all the encouragement
I receive at every appointment. With that encouragement I work even harder at the sessions and doing exercises on my own.
Thanks to Angelo and the staff for their patient-centered care and
