I went there for a drug screening to get a new job and they were professional and quick. Building was quiet and clean. If they except my insurance I'll definitely go back for all future needs.

I hurt myself on the job last week and finally found the ability to get up and go see an Urgent Care unit. This was recommended to me by my work so I figured I had nothing to lose. Even though it was a busy Monday morning, I got in reasonably quick and was seen by a "Doctor" Gray. He has no bedside manner at all and started off by sayin "Our computers are down" so I wasn't sure why he was telling me this? I explained my injury and how it happened and how much pain I'm in (9/10 mostly when standing). I explained how I had been to my work Doctor on the day of the injury and then 2 separate ER visits over the next 4 days but that didn't phase him. He only wanted me to go back to work and suggested that "people sometimes don't like their jobs" implying that even though I had been at my new job less than 2 months, I was trying to get out of going back to work. "Doctor" Gray also told me "they could get into trouble if they had employees take time off of work". I thinking, "I don't give a damn if you get into trouble"! Thats not my problem. MY problem is I can barely stand and even had trouble getting out of my car and into the building. I tell him this and he's saying "You can do it. You can do it." Like I'm some child being coaxed into running a 100 meter dash. I told the "Doctor" once again, theres no way I can make it in tomorrow and his response is "well we can give you today off but we'll have you do light duty tomorrow." THAT DOESNT HELP!!! I need bed rest, idiot. I'm in pain. I can't stand and I can barely walk and he wants me on light duty back at work. I can see NOW why my workplace wanted (and pushed) me to go here: The "Doctor" will side with the employer and get you back to work asap regardless of how you feel. I was pissed when I left and as I literally crawled back to my car, I realized his restrictions for me and my day of light duty were no different than a typical day of work for me! PHUCK! Why did I go in? So here I am, having to get ready to go to into work tomorrow when I physically cannot. I'm only going to tolerate only so much pain and discomfort at work and if it gets too bad, I'll go to an ER rather than go back to this facility that obviously sides with the employer. What a nightmare this is and it only got worse by having a poor visit at Concentra on Menaul.

The staff here was very professional and very friendly. It took a lil longer than the 45 minutes they said but i had as pleasent an encounter as you can when taking a UA
