I had a fantastic experience here! The pharmacist, Angela, was extremely helpful and they sent my medications the same day for FREE! I would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. I have to call them at least 3 times/day, If I am lucky, I will get someone answer the phone. They call me back, and I literally call them right back, then no one is answering the phone again! I leave them a detailed message, they call back and act totally completely clueless like they've not even listened to my messages. I would give them 0 stars if I can. If I do get someone answering the phone, they are still clueless and put me on hold and even then has no idea how much I have to pay for medications. I will use my local pharmacy to save the exasperation of this pharmacy with terrible customer service. I am going to use a local pharmacy and will compare prices as online someone said this pharmacy overcharges as the physicians at HFI are all investors.
