Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I feel obligated to spread the word. I needed a dining table but didn't see anything I liked at other shops. Amber helped me figure out what I wanted. It was easy to customize the size and color. It fits perfectly with my home! Thanks!!!

What a nice experience! I was in need of a sofa that was not only a modern/transitional style but that was kid and pet friendly. Found the perfect rich grey upholstery that wipes down perfectly and it looks amazing in my family room!!! I highly recommend this furniture store if you're looking for something very particular as they have endless custom options available. Thanks again!

This is not a customer-friendly store. While purchasing four kitchen table chairs for my office, I ordered a desk chair for my house. I paid a 50% deposit for a blue chair in the middle of March and was told my chair is on order. Six weeks later I've heard nothing and called the store. I asked why it took so long and got a snippy reply that it is back ordered. New news to me. About six days later I get a call that my chair is in and to come pick it up. I asked them to bring it from the Longmont store to Boulder which they did a few days later. I go in and pay the final 50% and out from the back room comes a black chair (I ordered blue). They didn't even know they had the wrong color. They look up my order and then confirm the wrong color chair arrived. Later that day I get a call from them saying "the order never should have been taken in the first place because the chairs only come in a set of four." What? Then they tell me they can't help me and will not be getting in the blue chair. Terrible service after waiting such a long time and ending up with nothing! I will NOT be shopping at their Boulder or Longmont stores in the future.

This shop was great. They had lots of very nice pieces and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy.
