Liverpool location on Route 57 has a very talented color specialists/ stylist that definitely knows that only how to cut and style hair to compliment the customers needs and recommend great cuts for that particular person shaped face and features... and She is there color specialist

$7 haircuts. Some stylist are very good some are not so good. If you know which one is good, just ask for them. I like this place because it is usually quick.

Went in for specific wash/blow out. My usual stylist at Bear Rd. locale was unavailable. Before I signed in  I explained to manager on duty and was there for over an hour, inexperienced stylist couldn't keep water temp consistent while shampooing me, had to be told by more experienced stylist to use product because she broke at least 2 combs trying to get out my tangles. Then the blow out was frizzy, I knew I needed to get it braided or it would be a rats nest by tomorrow.  Again it became clear to me stylist didn't have much experience in braiding, I then pulled up some examples on my smartphone for point of reference.  After 2 do over I finally ended the fiasco. Never again at this location.  My 19 y.o. son said he didn't like his haircut and would only go to Bear Rd. one from now on.

Been a customer for years now. Prices can't be beat. Most stylists do a good job some not so much. Hit or miss unless yours lucky enough to get the same stylist that's good. Biggest peeve and may not continue going is the filthy disgusting chairs in the waiting area.  Frank, please throw some cash back into the place.
