My current hairstylist used to work at Regis, She is a nice person and very skillful as well . As a person of a minority race, her clients are mostly Chinese and she’s always booked because of her popularity. However, her coworkers felt salty bc the amount of clients my stylist has literally triples theirs, And my stylist sometimes feel excluded or offended when her coworkers make jokes like “why don’t you go back to work as an hairstylist in China.” 

Right now she switched to a much better family own salon, so did all her clients. 

Months ago, I went to regis asking for a male haircut and the answer I got was that they don’t offer it. After telling my current stylist this, she called BS.

first time I went here, the results did not look like what I wanted and completely dried my hair. Second time, the results were completely opposite of what I wanted and dried my hair again! Let me tell you there will be no third time

I would NOT go here ever again. Nor would I recommend it. I got my hair colored there a few weeks ago if that and the stylist seemed at first like she did a good job but she curled my hair so I couldn't notice the mistakes until after I was gone. Day after showering and examining all the highlights she did I noticed a lot of messups. And my hair wasn't even cut even. To be sure I did go see a lady I know that works at another salon to examine it and she saw a lot of errors. The highlights bled through and you can see the lines of every blonde highlight luckily I can sorta hide it with the top half of my hair until i can get it fixed right. But when my boyfriend and i called them to reschedule everything was set Friday to go back and get it looked at by them and the manager and get it fixed and done the right way. Well on my way there my car decided to break down. My engine was pretty much fried. So I called them and the lady I spoke to on the phone said im sorry to here that and asked if I wanted to reschedule or wait and call her back to find out more information to see when i can make it and come in. So i said sure. Well i was stuck on the side of the road for hours til i got a tow truck to come get me and it was horrible I finally was able to call back and speak with the manager. Well the manager decided to be completely rude to me and tell me I rescheduled to many times apparently and that I'm no longer welcome back there. She won't give me a refund and wont allow me to get it fixed. Had no sympathy for me at all and said it wasn't her problem. I would say this is completely unprofessional and no one deserves to be treated the way she treated me. I'm currently reporting the business to the better business bureau.

My salonist, Samantha, treated me wonderfully and my hair turned out lovely. She looked at the photo I showed her to cut my hair style into and it looks just like I pictured it. Great, clean place. Definitely will go again!
