The saleswoman and the manager should be ashamed of ruining my daughters day!! We were picking up presents but the loading woman kept pushing my girls away in the toys section and said be careful to my girls with a nasty attitude!! I told her she was not doing her job well. To my great surprise, she asked for the manager. Rather than apologizing, she accused me of being loud!! To protect my girls from experiencing this ugliness, we left without saying anything more. TWO disgusting women who do not deserve to have kids!! They should be ashamed of being women. Remember those two ugly faces and fat bodies, and keep your kids away from them, parents!!!

black cashier girls were so rude, very uneducated and disrespectful. They kept talking to each other and forgot to print gift receipts without apologizing. Bad. STORE MANAGER IS A JERK TOO!

Dan Pottenburgh should be ashamed of being a racist!!! Is he more successful than asian parents? What a loser!! At least, Asians are not as fat as he is. That woman was rude to my son too last time.

X Zhang probably let his kids run a foul and terrorize the place like all the other Asian parents in that store do. I visit that particular TJ Maxx several times a week and have never had a bad experience. The managers and support staff are usually friendly and helpful.

The sales associates and cashiers are all unhelpful. They show attitudes to paying customers. Store manager should be responsible.
