It was good. The prices were a little much for what you received and our waitress seemed more concerned with her text than with her tables. She did not even offer her name when we say down!

Whenever I am in Avalon I always eat here ! The pizza is great and it's a nice atmosphere to eat with family and friends!!

We love this place - it's about a block from our summer house and has a nice casual atmosphere with reliably good food and service. They have burgers, really great pizza, sandwiches, pasta, soup and various reasonably priced entrees. I think they could add a few more appetizer options because surprisingly these are pretty limited. They also don't offer dessert which is not a problem but every once in awhile I wish I could get something. When we're in town we eat here probably every other night if not more - you feel right at home and everyone is extremely friendly. Again, service is very efficient and food/drinks are reasonably priced (I appreciate that they don't charge 10 bucks for a mixed drink). We really enjoy this place.

For wife and I the Concord has been an Avalon tradition since 1986! For our Avalon weekend trips (of which we take about 12 a season), the Concord Café is always the 'Friday night choice.' In fact there's never really a choice - its implied that this is where we will be on Friday night. Food is amazing (especially pizza and cheesesteaks) and 'my man Fran' behind the bar never lets a glass go empty for more than a few seconds. Even in middle of summer when its super-busy we don't mind the wait cause it gives us chance to sit at bar and relax. A good number of TVs ensure that you'll be able to see the night's game from wherever you sit.

Normally very good food, but last meal was a chicken dish and the chicken was tough.
