45 minutes late, the bus did not pick us up until five minutes before the time we were supposed to be arriving at our destination. Rude driver. Phone charger outlets don't work. Because the driver was late he asked us to keep our bags in our laps and that when we switch buses we have to do so as quickly as possible because the driver is waiting on us. Sorry pal but that's not true the driver and other passengers are waiting on HIM.

Fantastic direct service from Concord NH to NYC. Bus was clean, warm and driver friendly. Free Wi-Fi, movies, drinks, snacks, blankets, pillows! Super deal.

For many of you taking a bus towards New Conway. This station is a transit. This bte is a Pretty neat station. Good heating. The best part is not just the Free Wi-Fi but Free Coffee as well. East rooms are pretty clean and ample in numbers.

This is absolutely a fantastic service to get to Boston, to the Logan airport airport, and to other major locations in NH, MA and ME. Free parking, good service, clean and comfortable buses and reasonable prices. I absolutely can't imagine a better way of going to the airport. If you haven't tried taking the bus, please do. You'll be pleasantly surprised as I was. (Writing this while sitting comfortably on a Concord bus to Concord from the Boston South Station, my phone charging and my body comfortable ).

Negative experience, awful service, LATE No place to waiT, JUST STAND CURBSIDE No signage, EVERYONE WAS CONFUSED. we spent two hours in the sun inhaling exhaust and deafened by traffic. The bus was late and FULL so we had to wait another hour. Did I mention that the driver was rude and dispatch incompetent? Dispatch taunted us, told us we should have gone to terminal A. But we followed the signs! The driver lied to the passengers left behind because the bus was full, and said they were sending another bus, which they never did. Had to wait another hour for the next scheduled. ALL around a terrible experience that put us into Portland late. Disrespectful. IGNORE THE OBVIOUS ASTROTURF. This is an awful company.
