Take your business elsewhere!!! The staff at this Concord pharmacy are very unprofessional, short, rude, arrogant, and nice nasty, in particular the young lady named Ty and the pharmacist William York. They pride themselves on being one of the few compounding pharmacies that carry a wide range of medications, therefore, they feel that you have no choice but to come to them. This is why customer service is so poor. They operate under the perception that they will get business regardless of how they treat the public. I never have a problem with Sharon. She is always polite and professional. Last year (2016), my daughter received a face lotion prescription in the mail from Concord at this location. She brought to my attention that she did not get the full amount of medication prescribed by the doctor. We both thought back to her visit with Dr. Krauss and remembered him saying something regarding making sure that we check to make sure that we get the correct amount of medication when Concord filled the prescriptions. I called Concord Pharmacy and spoke to Jeff (I believe that was his name.) I told him that my daughter had been cheated on the amount of medication she was supposed to get. Jeff checked the prescription and said that someone had changed the amount to be dispensed by crossing out 90 grams. I advised Jeff that not only had my daughter been cheated on the prescription but I was charged for 90 grams. ( I was advised of the price for 90 grams prior to having the prescription filled. They charged me for the full 90 grams but only gave 45 or 60 grams.) Jeff arrogantly told me that the reason that my daughter did not get the correct amount of medication was because they did not have 90 gram containers. (A clever lie) I told Jeff that the medication should have gone into two containers if they did not have 90 gram containers. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Pharmacies do this all the time. Any Pharmacist would know this. Jeff said something to the effect that they keep telling Dr. Krauss that they do not have containers for anything over 45 or 60 grams. I advised Jeff that I was a registered nurse and I knew that what they were doing was illegal, unethical, and fraudulent. I said so, if someone needs an antibiotic and you do not have a large enough container for the volume prescribed, you short the person on the medication instead of using two containers and charge them full price for the medication. I went on to say that the person would not get well, go back to the doctor, pay another co-pay or pay out of pocket for another doctors visit, and then bring Concord Pharmacy another prescription for the same medication that they were cheated on, only to be cheated a second time. Jeff did not want to hear anything that I said. The more I talked, the angrier he became. He talked over me and would not take any responsibility for the actions of the pharmacy. He never apologized, nor did he offer a resolution, or reassure me that everything would be ok. I told Jeff that I was going to report the pharmacy and he said he did not care. Within a couple of days, William York called me and asked me if I had a problem with a prescription. I told him about my previous interaction with Jeff. William said that Dr. Krauss had contacted them and advised that they better straighten out the problem immediately. I can only imagine how many people have paid full price for a half filled prescriptions. William offered to refund my money for the incomplete prescription and refill it again free of charge in hopes that I would not report the situation. I was happy with the resolution.

Quick and polite. They have what you need instead of having to run all over town to get your controlled prescriptions.

I have done business with Concord Pharmacy for over 15 years. They have provided nothing but friendly, professional service throughout those years. Their stores are conveniently located in medical buildings across metro Atlanta. Concord is not on every street corner like the McDrugs stores, but they make up for that with a free home delivery service. Think about that for a minute. You are at home. You have taken the day off from work. You can barely get out of bed. Your doctor has called in a prescription to relieve you of your malady. How many times have you had to drag yourself out of bed and trekked to McDrugs, or worse, had to call on a neighbor to make that trek for you. Not if your prescription was called in to Concord in a timely manner. Sure, you can still pick up your medicine if you want to. My point is you DON'T HAVE TO. Heck, I've even had a pharmacist himself deliver medicine to me on a day when they were closed! I can honestly recommend Concord Pharmacies to anyone who reads this.
